Here are some more advanced features you may wish to incorporate with your new form. 

  1. CC/BCC to send to incoming messages to more than 1 recipient. 

2. Optional/Required Fields allow you to customize your form to your specific needs for your visitors. 

3. Hidden Subject Prefix to organize incoming emails. 

4. I Agree to Checkbox requires your visitors agree to your terms and conditions. (can be shown to EU countries only). 

5. Add Departments to allow your visitors to select and direct to the appropriate person. 

6. Custom Fields and Buttons give you more freedom in designing your form. Options include multiple choice, drop down options, date/time, radio buttons etc. 

7. Attach Files option up to 5 files at 5 MB each. 

8. Save Form Data for 90 days on an exportable spreadsheet for easy data saving. 

9. Add Contact to Email List or add to Mailchimp etc. Be sure you have proper permission from your customers. 

10. Adjust Size of Your Contact Form to fit your style/image. 

11. Customize Background Image to suit your brand. 

12. Use Auto Response for quick responses to your clients. You can also add your new clients to Mailchimp etc (with their permission) and send them drip follow up emails. 

13. Open Contact Form with a custom link or embed in a page

Shopify Merchants can follow our simple instructions to open our contact form with a custom link or embed our form in a page. Flexible Display Options allow you to show your contact form to certain countries, pages, devices etc. Please see our Display Option Guide for more information.  

14. Open Form immediately or on Exit. The default setting is open with a tab click. You can hide the tab if you wish on the setting page. 

15. Custom CSS is available for developers to further customize their forms. 

16. Add Multiple Forms to the same website. 

17. Add Google reCaptcha to your forms and popups on your Zotabox dashboard/advanced settings.

19. Be sure to TURN ON and refresh your website to display your contact form.
