What happens if I reach my customer visit limit for the month?

If you exceed 120% of your visit limit for the current calendar month, your Zotabox tools will automatically turn OFF.

(Your billing cycle may not align exactly with the start of the calendar month.)

For example, on the Starter Plan, your tools will turn off after 6,000 visits in the current month. For the Express Plan, the limit is 30,000 visits, and so on.

You will receive automatic email notifications when you reach 95% and 120% of your monthly visit limits.

Options When You Exceed Your Visit Limit

If your tools are turned off due to exceeding your monthly limit, you now have two options to keep them running:

Resetting Limits

Your visit count will automatically reset to zero at the beginning of the next calendar month (12:00 am GMT+0), and your tools will be reactivated.

How Visits Are Tracked

Zotabox tracks website sessions, not impressions or clicks, for easier comparison with your Google Analytics data. This avoids complications from multiple active tools or display settings.

If you notice a significant difference between Zotabox’s tracking and your Google Analytics data, please provide a screenshot of Google Analytics – Audience – Overview – Sessions for the current month.
